### Finding the right type of window opening

Windows can be opened in a number of different ways: the most common openings are 
top & side hung outward opening casements that pivot vertically or horizontally, ensuring uninterruption to internal space.

These windows can be opened to various angles while offering resistance against movement, preventing it from slamming shut or opening too wide due to wind.

Also, available are inward opening turn, bottom-hung and tilt-and-turn providing excellent ventilation and efficiency. 
In these types, the window pivots on a vertical axis, allowing it to be opened wide for more ventilation. This type of window is easy to install which makes maintenance very convenient during its lifecycle. Since these types of windows open toward the inside of your home, the main disadvantage can be loss of space.

Bottom-hung windows have limited openings for safety and are generally located high on a wall and are typically used in places where you need more privacy.
