TECHNAL's TENTAL curtain wall system answers this challenge, offering architects and specifiers in the UK and Ireland a versatile solution for contemporary building envelopes. Made with Hydro CIRCAL® 75R as standard - aluminium made with at least 75% recycled post-consumer scrap - TENTAL delivers exceptional aesthetics, large glazing capability, 95% end-of-life recyclability, and one of the lowest carbon footprints in the industry.

Design Flexibility

TENTAL offers architects and specifiers an extensive range of aesthetic options to suit any project. From capped and semi-capped designs that emphasise horizontal or vertical lines, to flat caps for a sleek, minimalist appearance, the system adapts to diverse architectural style. For a completely flush facades, Structural Glazing (SG) eliminates visible profiles, while bead glazing creates a distinctive grid effect. Profiles can be finished in a wide range of RAL colour options, metallic tones and andodised finishes for even more aesthetic options.

Performance and Comfort

Engineered for double or triple glazing up to 62mm, TENTAL delivers exceptional thermal and acoustic insulation, alongside weather resistance up to 1500 Pa. This ensures high levels of interior comfort and compliance with UK and Ireland building standards. The system integrates seamlessly with TECHNAL's range of windows, doors, and sliding solutions, maintaining design continuity and security performance.

Sustainability Leadership

At the heart of TENTAL is Hydro CIRCAL® 75R, aluminium made with at least 75% recycled post-consumer scrap. Available as standard with no extra uplift, embodied carbon is dramatically reduced to just 1.9kg CO²e per kg of aluminium compared to the global average of 18kg. Thermal break elements use recycled xPET, giving a second life to materials and supporting circularity.

Importantly, 95% of the TENTAL system is recyclable at the end of its lifecycle, thanks to its assembly and design. Components can be easily separated and reused, reinforcing TECHNAL's commitment to the circular economy and enabling projects to achieve leading environmental certifications such as LEED, BREEAM, WELL and LEVEL(s).

Efficiency for Fabricators

TENTAL has been engineered with common parts across multiple design options, reducing complexity and stock requirements for fabricators. This means fewer profiles to hold in inventory while still achieving a wide range of aesthetic configurations - from capped to semi-capped to flat caps and structural glazing. One base system delivers maximum flexibility, helping streamline fabrication and installation processes.
