TIGAL

TIGAL offers floor-to-ceiling configurations up to 4000mm high by 2700mm wide (1 sliding leaf & 1 fixed panel). Each leaf can support up to 300kg with glazing thicknesses up to 52mm. This allows you to create robust, high-performance solutions that meet the demands of modern building projects.

The TIGAL hybrid slider includes a multi-point locking mechanism along the full perimetre, combined with a patented water-tightness system. It delivers high resistance to wind pressure (Class C5) and meets RC2 burglary standards. For added ventilation, TIGAL's design allows the sash to lift internally by 6mm before sliding parallel to the fixed pane, enabling secure airflow without compromising safety.

TIGAL delivers excellent acoustic insulation, reaching up to Rw (C; Ctr) = 45 dB when specified with 50 mm double glazing (88.2 Si / 20 / 66.2 Si). This performance helps reduce external noise in demanding urban or high-traffic environments, contributing to quieter, more comfortable interior spaces. It’s a suitable solution for residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings where noise control is a key requirement.

TIGAL is made with at least 75% recycled content and is 95% recyclable, reducing its environmental impact. Made with Hydro CIRCAL® 75R (at least 75% recycled, end-of-life aluminium) as standard, the CO²e footprint of 1.9 kg CO² eq / kg Al. is around 80% lower than the European average emissions for primary aluminium production

Our products are made with at least 75% recycled components and materials including aluminium, EPDM, and polyamide.
