TECHNAL contributed to the project through a combination of stick curtain wall systems and LUMEAL minimal sliding doors, creating a façade that balances performance with architectural clarity; offering expansive views, controlled daylight, and a refined visual language.
Seamless transitions, inside and out
Within each residence, the façade is experienced up close.
Large, glazed surfaces bring natural light deep into the interiors, while LUMEAL minimal sliding doors dissolve the boundary between inside and outside. With their slim profiles and clean lines, they maximize transparency while maintaining high levels of performance. Which transformed balconies and living spaces into a continuous environment where views of Riyadh become part of the everyday experience.
