Architects and Specifiers

Our team of field-based Project Consultants work closely with our in-house contracts, system design, and supply chain teams to provide architects and specifiers with information and assistance. Backed by the resources of the Hydro Group, we are able to offer architects and specifiers a wide range of innovative aluminium systems for curtain walling and facades, doors, windows and specialist applications. 

We cover every aspect of your project. We combine architectural trends and technical developments as part of our product design process to deliver high-performance systems. Wind and dead loadings, static and dynamic weather sealing, acoustic and thermal insulation, blast resistance and security and stunning aesthetics are all taken into account when designing our product range to allow unlimited ideas to be realised on site. 

We know that the specification process is influenced by client demands to obtain the best value. We are keen to participate in site visits, project meetings and outline budget discussions. Your design stages can be supported with NBS documents, samples, literature and typical arrangement drawings for consultation or planning meetings. 

To assist specifiers with the production of faster and more accurate project drawings, CAD files for all facade systems offered can be downloaded from the download area. 

We also respond to individual project needs through bespoke designs for specific schemes, performance enhancements, and new innovations to enhance new and existing architecture.

Our team of Project Consultants can assist in coordinating your project plan with our specialist sub-contractors. We track progress via our CRM systems and link through to our production planning team to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain functionality.

  By using extracts from key documents the seminar guides specifiers and engineers through limiting, reference and notional U-values, solar gain and air permeability issues.
