TENTAL XL - Main Features

Maximized transparency with vertical rhythm and structural efficiency

TENTAL XL is a mullion-only curtain wall system designed to maximize light and transparency by eliminating transoms. It features a 90 mm modular mullion with a depth of up to 300 mm, reinforced with 15 or 20 mm steel plates as required. The system accommodates fixed glazing units with infill thicknesses ranging from 36 to 63.52 mm. Glass is securely retained using EPDM gaskets and aluminum support brackets fixed to the mullion nose, ensuring weather-tightness and structural integrity. A continuous aluminum profile is integrated into the silicone chamber for added sealing performance. TENTAL XL offers a sleek structural glazing appearance with uninterrupted vertical lines and concealed horizontal joints. Ideal for straight façades, the system also allows for curved or inclined applications upon consultation. Designed for use in non-seismic zones, it is available with either aluminum or steel sleeves and can be produced using recycled aluminum to meet sustainability goals.
