Carbis Bay Hotel

The stunning Carbis Bay Hotel in Cornwall, venue for the 47th G7 Summit, had a host of tried and tested TECHNAL glazing and curtain walling systems installed, all specified for their outstanding weather performance. Having employed TECHNAL systems on projects from Bristol down to Cornwall for more than three decades, the installer proposed a package of systems including the Dualframe 75 Si doors and windows to create eight beachfront lodges and a three-storey wedding venue at the landmark destination.

Market Hall Charras, Courbevoie, France

The contemporary, environmental, and elegant architecture of the building is favored with TECHNAL® GEODE curtain walls and SOLEAL doors and windows. TECHNAL sustainable façade systems used at new Loughborough University Science and Enterprise Park

Putting sustainable construction at its core, the first Enterprise Zone office development at Loughborough University Science and Enterprise Park (LUSEP) features TECHNAL aluminium curtain walling made from Hydro CIRCAL® , which uses a minimum of 75% post-consumer recycled aluminium. The façade contributes to reduce the building’s carbon footprint and its BREEAM Very Good rating. The TECHNAL solutions used: GEODE curtain wall, SOLEAL 65 windows.

The Guy Môquet, designed by OECO Architects

The OECO ARCHITECTES has imagined a volumetric building in an heterogeneous urban context in the city. The architecture agency chose to use aluminium solutions from TECHNAL. Their natural aluminium effect is gently combined with the beige concrete and the wooden underside. The building has been conceived from the outset in close relationship with its users. The owners, four couples of friends, organized themselves as a community of neighbors to agree on all the decisions of the projects, a habitat that is committed to architectural quality, passive design and sustainability.
