GEODE DOUBLE / SINGLE GLAZING

GEODE DOUBLE GLAZING

This application is based on a continuous pressure plate system which enables to hold the glazing. Clipped caps of different shapes will give the final design of the facade.
The weatherproofing is made by inner and outer EPDM gaskets. Holes on pressure plate and horizontal caps enable to drain the water of the façade.

PVC spacer gaskets allow the thermal insulation.
Glazing thickness from 6 to 32mm is available as flat or faceted facades.

ASPECTS

  • The visible grid aspect is realized by 52mm end covers clipped on aluminium pressure plate.
  • The Trame aspect is a design option, allowing specifiers to highlight the vertical or horizontal profiles across the building envelope.
  • Sloped glazing application is additional application (available from grid aspect or vertical Trame application) gives specifiers the flexibility to construct sloped roofs, atria, canopies, valleys and pyramids, which are fully compatibles and visually consistent with the vertical façade.

CONCEALED VENTS

Hidden projecting top hung open-out, and tilt/turn concealed vents for natural ventilation.
No visible frame from the outside. Flat glass design maintained.

GEODE SINGLE GLAZING

GEODE Single glass is an optimized and economical option for geographic areas where climatic conditions do not impose high thermal performance and the use of double glazing.
Infills from 5 to 11 mm.

Same aspects than the double glazing application.
