Universal full thermal break door system

The doors are intended for corporate and residential buildings. SOLEAL’s modular design allows numerous adaptations to suit each project’s environmental constraints.

The module has a depth of 55mm and enables doors and door-frame assemblies to be manufactured with total thermal break, integrating all types of doors, single-action or swing door.

EASY ACCESSIBILITY FOR ALL

Thresholds for MIP’s (Mobility Impaired Persons) enable facilitating access to community residential buildings for mobility impaired persons. MIP threshold enables Air Water Wind performance to be maintained.

In option, a door closer can be integrated into upper transom of all SOLEAL doors for discrete assisted closing.

A4-E2A-VC3 sealing with threshold for mobility impaired persons. SOLEAL doors enable to achieve thermal performance up to w = 1,9 W/m².K

Additional locking points can be added to large-size doors.

SOLEAL REINFORCED SINGLE-ACTION VERSION

The 3mm increased aluminium thickness gives the possibility to manufacture doors up to 2.60m and widths up to 1.30m. 3 and 5 multipoint locks ensure that the door closes securely.

SOLEAL SWING DOOR

The swing function enables door leaves to be opened together or individually, inwards or outwards. The distance of 8mm between the frame and the door leaf is closed by a double barrier of brush gaskets. Optionally, this application can include a brake pivot on the floor.

SOLEAL FINGER PROTECTION

The cylindrical shape of the mullion (hinge side and lock side) of this type of SOLEAL « Tube » door means that it can be prescribed in all public buildings such as schools, restaurants, theatres, etc. A dual-hardness seal on the lock side ensures a space of 23mm between aluminium parts.

SOLEAL FRAME ASSEMBLIES

Transom and mullion are assembled with aluminium double joints. The posts, with steel reinforcements, enable assemblies with large dimensions.
