Eligibility.
Open only to residents of the United Kingdom & Ireland, 18 years of age or older, who have been sent an email invitation to participate and who complete the survey (“Participants”). Void where prohibited. Employees of Sapa Building Systems Ltd or affiliated companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win. All applicable laws and regulations apply.

Prize Draw Period.
The entry period begins on 21 June 2017 and ends on 31 July 2017 at midnight.
How to Enter.
Click on the link in the email inviting you to participate in the survey about interaction with the Technal Library and complete the survey during the prize draw period. Everyone who completes the survey will be able to enter into a random prize draw for the chance to win an Apple iPad Wi-Fi 32GB. Limit of one (1) entry per person.
Prize.
One (1) Grand Prize: iPad Wi-Fi 32GB. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. iPad is a trademark of Apple, Inc., which is not affiliated with the Sponsor or this prize draw in any way.
Prize returned as undeliverable or otherwise not claimed within 14 days of notification will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner at the Sponsor's free discretion. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash.
The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize with another price of similar value in the event that the original Grand Price offered is not available.
Drawing and Winner Notification.
The Winner will be selected in a random drawing on 1 August 2017 by the Sponsor, whose decisions and interpretation of these rules are final in all matters. The Winner will be notified by email.
Processing of personal data
The Sponsor is the Controller for any personal data being processed in the questionnaire and for carrying out the contest. The Sponsor respects your privacy and will process any personal data according to the laws of the United Kingdom.
The Sponsor will be using the external provider Survey Monkey to provide the questionnaire, and to process the results. This may involve the processing of your personal data on servers located in the United States of America. Survey Monkey is certified under the Privacy Shield. The Sponsor will process any personal data about you solely to collect and process the answers from the questionnaire, and to administer the contest. The names and other identifying information on the winners of the contest will be publicized upon the end of the contest.
You are entitled to be informed upon request of what personal data, if any, the Sponsor processes regarding you. You may also request that any excessive personal data we may happen to process is deleted or blocked, and/or request rectification of any wrongful personal data that we may process.

General Terms.
The Winner, by acceptance of their prize, agrees to release, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, and its respective employees, representatives, agents, contractors, assigns, advertisers, officers, directors, shareholders and attorneys from any and all liability, loss, damage, cost, claim or expense related to any allegation regarding the award of, the receipt of, or the use of prizes. Nothing in these terms shall however exclude the Sponsors liability for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, the Winner grants the Sponsor and those acting under its authority, permission to use his/her name at any time or times, for the purpose of disclosing the Winner at the end of the draw, without additional compensation, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet, without notice, review or approval. All surveys are non-returnable and will be owned by the Sponsor and each Participant grants all rights in their survey to the Sponsor.
Participants are solely responsible that their participation complies with applicable laws, regulations and, where applicable, their own internal standards.
Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor, has neither made, nor is in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, or regarding the use, value or enjoyment of any prize, including, without limitation, its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Sponsor is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by the Sponsor, users or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user's system or limit a user's ability to participate in this survey. The Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this survey should a virus, bug, computer problem, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control inhibit or corrupt the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the prize draw, and the Sponsor may disqualify any person who engages in or attempts any such activity.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of Participants and Sponsor in connection with this price draw, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of England, without giving effect to the conflict of laws rules thereof. Participants consent to jurisdiction and venue in, and agree that any claims or disputes shall be resolved exclusively in, the courts of England.
