The Beary’s Global Research Triangle in Bangalore won Best Office Development Award 2009 while The Park Chidlom had achieved Best High Rise Development Thailand Award, both at CNBC Asia Pacific Property Award (Consumer News and Business Channel). Both projects have been designed with Technal products.

The CNBC is the premier programme and the biggest in the world, recognizing excellence in terms of Sustainable Development in the building construction.

The Beary’s Global Research Triangle (BGRT), designed by N. M. Salim and Associates, firm of architects (based in Kerala – India), is the 1st certified Green Building in Bangalore. It is one of the most popular residential developments in this area.
For this project, Technal energy-saving aluminium systems have been delivered. The 23,000 Sqm façade combines Technal MX Structural Sealant Glazing curtain wall solution and the aluminium sun break system. Both solutions enable to optimize natural light and ventilation in the “Green Beary’s”. Moreover, this project received the Gold Medal from the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), awarded by the US Green Building Council.

The Park Chidlom, in Thailand, is the 1st luxurious residential condominium, developed by Hemaraj Land And Development Plc. It won Five Star Award of the CNBC Asia Pacific Property Awards 2008 rewarding the quality of the project’s concept, architecture, interiors, and construction.
The Park Chidlom is in harmony with nature in the most convenient city location of Bangkok.
This project has two residential towers: a 35-storey Somkid Tower and a 28-storey Chidlom Tower. Technal products chosen for these towers are Topaze GB sliding systems (6,000 Sqm) and Topaze FB casement frame (2,000 Sqm).
